This initial consultation is a time for me to get to know you, your travel style, and your expectations for your next trip. We will discuss all the details so that we have the information we need to curate a custom travel plan that makes your next trip unforgettable.
Step 2
Proposal Planning
Now it’s time for us to use our expertise and industry connections to find the right resort, cruise, and experiences that will exceed your expectations. We will treat it like we are planning a vacation for our family and add special touches that will make it magical.
Step 3
Review Your Proposal
Next, we will present a couple of itinerary options that meet your travel needs and expectations. With your feedback, we will make any changes and continue tweaking the proposal until you are completely satisfied with the final trip. Then it’s time to get excited!
Step 4
Confirm Your Travel Plans
Now that we have all the planning completed. It is time to collect payment and make all the necessary reservations. This is where our attention to detail comes in handy. We will make sure everything is taken care of from the beginning of the planning til you return from your trip.
Rates: Our custom travel planning rates start at $150, which varies based on the number of travelers, the complexity of the trip, and the destinations.
